Monthly Fitness Goal (January)

I'm planning to drink nothing but water for the entire month! That means no chai tea! (I'm totally an addict) Also make it to the gym a min of 4 days a week! I have to lose this weight so here I am holding myself accountable with my current weight and measurements I plan to update it every month with my monthly fitness goals:
