Monthly Fitness Goal (February)

For this month I plan to keep with my juicing of at least 1 meal a day. Try and make it to the gym a little more, I didn't make it as much as I had hoped (we have all been rotating a cold). I also plan to add a fruit, veggie or juice to every meal!

My total lost over the month of January 5.7 lbs!

My measurements haven't changed that much but I can see a difference :) I lost 1 inch in my waist
