DIY Tiara's

1. start off with lace cut to desired length

 2. Spray with heavy duty spray starch 

 3. Let dry over night 

 4. Color with acrylic paint I used ones with glitter mixed in

 5. Let dry

 6. Spray with starch again and let dry

7. Shape into circles and fasten with hot glue and enjoy
