Oven roasted brussel sprouts

This has got to be one of my favorite go to quick lunches of all time! (Healthy too!)

Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
toss in extra-virgin olive oil
sprinkle with fine sea salt and pepper
lay them out on a rimmed cookie sheet roast at 400 degrees checking every 5 min or so (until edges begin to brown) I like mine a little crunch still
once done drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy
