Flour less Black Bean Brownies

1 15oz can 50% less sodium black beans (rinsed and drained)
3 egg whites
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant espresso powder
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly coat and 8X8 pan with non stick cooking spray

Combine all the ingredient except the chocolate chips into a food processor. Puree until smooth fold in chocolate chips with a spatula

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

Cool in the pan before for 10 min before serving
