Life changes

So I have decided to add a few thing to help me better my life to my daily routine... I've been meditating once a day, eating healthier, and walking at least 2 a week. I'm happy to report I'm down almost 7 lbs, I've been sleeping great, and I all-around just feel better. I think I'm going to add yoga to my evenings! #lovinghowimfeeling
